DO’S and DONT’S

  • Stand in queue.
  • Limit your baggage to 15 kgs weight and size not exceeding 60 cm length X 45 cm breadth X25 cm height.
  • Please stand on the left side of the Escalator
  • Please move away from escalators immediately after use.
  • Show your tickets to metro personnel, when required to.
  • Take care of your valuables.
  • Please offer your seat to ladies with infants, pregnant and elderly passengers.
  • Parking is AT OWNER’s RISK
  • Do not litter, Please use the dustbins.
  • Make way for the physically challenged.
  • Please contact Station Controller or Customer care for assistance.
  • Don’t travel without your Smart card or Token
  • Don’t share your card or token with another person on the same journey.
  • Don’t cross the yellow line on the platform.
  • Don’t step onto the metro tracks.
  • Don’t jump over the ticket barrier.
  • Don’t try to force the train doors open.
  • Don’t deface or put up posters inside the Metro station or train.
  • Don’t carry firearms or knives.
  • Don’t smoke
  • Don’t consume eatables inside the station premises and on trains.
  • Don’t bring pets inside Metro premises or trains.
